Nikon releases to the market the Nikon P6000 (COOLPIX) which can generate up to 13.5 effective megapixels resulting in high quality and high resolution images. Capable of 4x zoom function using NIKKOR lens, it features a wide angle capability of 28mm. The Nikon P6000 is mounted with a 2.7-inch LCD monitor that allows for wide viewing angle in high resolution. The LCD also features an anti-reflection coating for proper image viewing. File format that is supported by this camera includes RAW. An interesting feature is the built-in GPS which allows for the recording of shot locations as geotags.
